Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows me to accommodate other clients and use my time effectively.
•Late Cancellations: A cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost will be charged for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
•No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged the full price of the service booked.
•Last-Minute Reschedules: Clients who need to reschedule within 24 hours must reach out to me directly.
Appointment Reminders:
Reminders are sent 24 hours prior to your appointment to help you stay on track.
Repeat Cancellations:
Clients who repeatedly cancel or no-show may be required to pay the full service fee upfront to book future appointments.
